Due to the small size of our current team, BOCKARIE can only offer refunds based only on items being faulty. All returned faulty products must be in new and unused condition with all tags attached and protective packing intact. This offer is only available within the first 14 days of the products original delivery date. After the expiry of the 14-day period, no Refund or Store Credit can be offered.
If it is discovered that the product is faulty you must email email@example.com with your order number as the subject line and image(s) referencing of the fault of the product. If our customer service representative approves that the product is indeed faulty then further arrangement will be discussed with you.
The cost of sending back the product is at the customer’s expense and original shipping costs are non-refundable. BOCKARIE cannot be held responsible for any lost or undelivered returns; for this reason, we strongly recommend using a tracking service when sending the product back to ensure it’s safe delivery.
You will receive your Refund or Store Credit once we have received and approved that the product is in its original condition. Refund processing of faulty products can take 3-5 working days once received.
BOCKARIE reserves the right to refuse a refund if these terms are not met.
