I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Shipping Costs Within Australia
All orders (no minimum) - Free AusPost Shipping (1-3 business days)
Shipping Costs Outside Australia
Orders $300 and over - Free DHL Express International Shipping (2-3 business days)
Orders under $300 - $35 DHL Express International Shipping (2-3 business days)
DHL shipments must be to a residential or business address and NOT to a PO BOX and they are to be signed for on delivery.
International customers are responsible for their countries duties and import taxes.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?BOCKARIE will happily authorise to process a Store Credit or Refund of any full priced product purchased from our online store within 14 days of the products original delivery date. All returned products must be in new and unused condition with all tags attached and protective packing intact. If you would like to return a product simply email us at customerservice@bockarie.com with your order number in the subject line, within 14 days for return delivery instructions.
The cost of sending back the product is at the customer’s expense and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty, if you email customerservice@bockarie.com before your order is shipped out.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply email us at customerservice@bockarie.com with your order conformation number and the correct details. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
